The beautiful Villa is located on the island of Skiathos also known as the island where the film Mammia Mia is based.

This superb 6 bedroom villa is set within beautiful landscaped gardens with stunning water features. The villa has been designed with all the modern facilities you would need during your stay. In addition to this the villa has been designed with wheelchair users in mind with the use of lifts and ramps.

The villa is part of a collection consisting of three villas which can be found in a peaceful and private area. The villa boasts breathtaking views of the beautiful Aagean Sea.

Each villa is separate from the others keeping it private and quiet. The villa is located 5 minutes away from the port and the airport.

Each morning the villa owners welcome you to join them for a wonderfully fresh and locally sourced breakfast. Choices of sweet treats, fresh fruit, continental style foods or traditional Greek savouries will be on offer. Obviously selections of coffees, teas and juices but if there is something you fancy that isn’t there then we do our best to please and have it there for later in your stay; A hearty or wholesome breakfast to fuel your day in the sun with no need for you to get out the pots and pans.

During your stay the owners of the villa can provide an adapted shuttle service to and from the airport and they also provide a private chaffeur service during your stay. The owners are passionate about guests being able to see the whole island without the fear of unfamiliar roads. This is provided in a air-conditioned mini-van, which seats up to 9 people. They ensure they are always on hand, just either a short message or phone call away.

Activities
The owners of this property have an extensive list of friends on this beautiful greek island so they are able to arrange, book and even tailor different experiences to you. Their particular favourite are the boat trips as you are able to see so much in such a beautiful and relaxing way. 

Other activities they are able to arrange are massage and beauty afternoons, yacht or speedboat hire, water skiing and sports, table tennis (on property), tennis, wine tasting and horse riding. 

Security deposit - A €300 cash security deposit is required on arrival. This will be returned to you after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required.
