The Byre is a fully accessible, three-bedroom steading conversion that sleeps up to six guests, all on one level with no steps inside or out. It is located just outside the village of Lumsden, which retains a small shop, garage, a large children’s playpark, and a Sculpture Trail. Each of the three bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room. Bedroom two has a kingsize zip-and-link bed, which can also split into two singles, with its own en-suite shower room. Bedroom three offers a double bed and an en-suite with an extra-large shower. The open-plan living area includes a large dining table for six and comfortable sofas where you can relax while enjoying views of the surrounding hills. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, and the property benefits from double glazing and underfloor heating, with thermostats in each room for your comfort. Additional amenities include a wood burner and a Smart TV. Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement but must be kept on a lead outside due to the nearby livestock.
