The cottage features three bedrooms: one with a super kingsize bed, Smart TV, and a stylish en-suite with a multi-spray shower unit, double walk-in shower, and a bath, while the other two are twin rooms (one with a convenient sink). A family shower room with a double walk-in shower is also available. The living space includes a cozy lounge with a Smart TV, a separate dining room with a double sofa bed, and a conservatory with seating, a telescope, and access to the rear garden and patio. The kitchen/breakfast room is fully equipped for your needs, and the utility room offers a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, and coffee machine. Outside, the large rear garden is complete with trees, a lawn, and a patio with a large dining table, perfect for family meals. Kids will enjoy exploring the trees and bushes, and there's a peaceful sun lounging area tucked away. The front of the property features an additional garden and parking for up to five cars. For added fun, there’s a games room accessible from the side of the building, equipped with table tennis, air hockey, darts, table football, a games console, TV, and even a toilet.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two 3ft single beds. There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and toilet, as well as a separate toilet. The property includes electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi, with a travel cot and highchair available. A welcome pack is provided. The enclosed rear garden has a lawn, patio, barbecue, and garden furniture, and there is a good-sized front garden. Private parking is available for up to 5 cars. Please note that there are two steps into the conservatory and rear garden, but alternative level access is available via a side gate. No smoking allowed.
