Accessible cottage in East Harling

The cottage is located in the pleasant village of East Harling. The cottage sleeps up to 6 people in total and has a spacious ground floor which has been specially designed to cater up to two guests with disabilities.

On the ground floor there is an open plan living space with a kitchen and a dining area, creating the perfect atmosphere for spending quality time with family or friends. Also on the ground floor is the accessible bedroom which compromises of two profiling beds and a ceiling track hoist which leads to the bedroom. The bedroom also has opening doors out onto the garden.

The accessible wet room is equipped with a wheel in shower, Clos-o-Mat toilet, hi-lo bath and a height adjustable sink.

The property also has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a shared bathroom upstairs.

The tranquil garden and patio area is the perfect spot to sit back and unwind taking in the fresh air.

The cottage is situated in the ideal location for exploring Norfolk. The city of Norwich is approximately 30 minutes away, Bressingham Gardens and Steam Museum are also around 30 minutes away and Banham Zoo is close by.

A stay at this fantastic cottage also includes an afternoon trip on a skippered motor cruiser which is based at Neatishead near Wroxham. The motor cruiser has a wheelchair lift, gallery, toilet facilities and heating for chillier days. Please see below for information:

Summer visit

Apr-Oct (inclusive) Friday to Monday bookings: 1 x half day motor cruiser session for all guest visitors. Monday to Friday bookings: 1 x half day motor cruiser session and 1 x half day water-based activity session for all guest visitors.

Winter visit

Nov-Mar (inclusive) Activities are not included but can be booked in advance, subject to minimum suggested donation of £20 per visitor.

Please note If your group/family size exceeds the maximum capacity of your selected activity we would try where possible to ensure everybody is offered an alternative. If you have any questions about this, please get in contact with the office to discuss. We may need to alter your chosen activities due to volunteer or resource availability.

Security deposit - A £250 security deposit is required. This will be returned to you after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required.
