Description
Comfort meets luxury in the heart of beautiful West Lancashire. 20 minutes to Southport, 20 minutes to Formby beach. 40 minutes to Liverpool.
One of three self catering cottages are converted farm buildings, situated in rural West Lancashire yet within easy reach of many attractions. The cottages are situated right in the countryside with views over fields yet only a short drive away from the coast and the facilities and entertainment of Liverpool, Crosby and Southport. Ideal accommodation for the Grand National, conferences, the Southport Flower Show, Liverpool One shopping and offering peace and quiet with a little luxury.
The single storey cottage is centrally heated with warm, solid wood floors throughout. The bedroom has a king sized bed which can be converted into two single beds,an open plan kitchen with fridge, microwave and electric hob. The sitting room has a comfortable bed settee for 2 extra visitors and a dining area. The beds, bookcases, shelves and clothes hangers have been handmade in wood by a local craftsman.
French windows lead from the sitting room to a private decked area and lawn with garden furniture.

- A laundry is available for guests use with washer, dryer, ironing facilities and extra freezer space. Wet boots may also be dried in here.
- A cot and high chair are available on request and there is a large safe garden for football and other games.
If you love eating out, there are excellent restaurants and several nationally-praised dining places all within very short driving distance. The friendly owners can help with recommendations and directions.
There are farm shops nearby supplying free range eggs, organic produce and locally-reared meat.
Hampers can be provided upon arrival for an extra charge, either of basic items or a more extensive range including meats, cheeses, fruit other locally sourced, organic items.
