This splendid villa with typical Tuscan architectural features and a private pool is set in a panoramic position in the hills of Montepulciano in Val d’Orcia.

The ideal destination for those looking for a holiday with a mix of art, history and nature, it’s located close to the owner’s home on a large farm, surrounded by gorgeous countryside.The local area is not only famous for its production of fine wines such as Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Brunello di Montalcino, but also for the presence of many important towns of historical and noble origins. Montepulciano is only a few kilometres from the villa. Nicknamed the “Pearl of the 1500s”, its historic houses and churches comprise a fantastic expression of Renaissance architecture.

The villa, along with its external areas and pool, is suitable for disabled. It’s surrounded by a well-kept garden equipped with table and chairs, a children’s play area, and an attractive swimming pool (6x12m, depth 1.50 – 1.80m). Mountain bikes can be rented and free WiFi and a washing machine are available. The house has been comfortably furnished with typical Tuscan furniture.

Security deposit - A €300 cash security deposit is required on arrival. This will be returned to you after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required.
