Located just south of the Tuscany-Umbria border, this delightful villa offers a peaceful holiday setting near Castiglione del Lago and the beautiful Lake Trasimeno.

The villa is part of a holiday homes complex with two other attractive stone villas, each with its own private garden and swimming pool.

All three are dominated by the antique Etruscan cities of Cortona and Castiglione del Lago. A short drive takes you to Arezzo, with its masterpieces painted by Piero della Francesca, or to the medieval villages of Montepulciano, Pienza and Lucignano, as well as to Lake Trasimeno and Perugia.

Historic Castiglione del Lago is just 4km away and boasts an impressive castle, shops and restaurants. It’s also the starting point for a scenic bicycle path that encircles the whole lake (mountain bikes are provided at the villa).

The villa is surrounded by a large garden with a table and chairs, sun umbrella, barbecue and bicycles, and comes equipped with all modern comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV and a safe. Also at guests’ full disposal is a large park, a wood with table and chairs, a play area for children and a table tennis table. The stylish, modern pool is 5x10m (depth 1.50m) and is lined with deck chairs and a gazebo – perfect for a relaxing day in the sun.

Security deposit - A €300 cash security deposit is required on arrival. This will be returned to you after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required.
