Located in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, this charming villa offers incredible views of the surrounding landscape’s rolling vineyards, olive groves and wheat fields.
A former farmhouse, now completely renovated without alteration to its original features, the villa is only five minutes by car from Orvieto, the fascinating town built at the top of an imposing tuff rock.
The house is encircled by a spacious garden full of flowers, with period garden furniture and a private swimming pool (4x8m, depth 1.20 – 1.40m). The stunning scenery and peaceful setting help make the villa a corner of tranquillity where guests can escape from the chaos of the big cities.
Security deposit - A €300 cash security deposit is required on arrival. This will be returned to you after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required.

Ground floor: Living-dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower suitable for disabled persons.
First floor: Access via an external stone staircase with a small panoramic loggia. Sitting room with large fireplace, kitchen/dining room, two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, bathroom with shower, bathroom with bathtub.
