Accessible Villa B in Orlando

Completed in 2005 and set on a corner lot this wheelchair accessible private vacation home has 3,061sq ft of fully air-conditioned living space and will accommodate 12 people with ease.  The front path leading up to the house is level access.   The home has a spacious living area, a formal dining area, a large open plan kitchen, 6 bedrooms comprising of 2 King en-suite (one of which is upstairs), 2 Queen 1 with en-suite bathroom and 1 with adjoining bathroom, 2 twin rooms 1 with en suite and 1 with a half bathroom comprising of a sink and toilet.

The villa has a 28 x 15ft pool with a large deck area and screen plus plenty of comfortable chairs and recliners to relax on.  At night, the underwater floodlighting illuminates both pools.  The deck area also has a fence to safeguard children from accessing the pool.  The pool has an electric pool hoist with interchangeable chair or bed.  There are also ramps leading into the living room, the master bedroom downstairs and the pool shower room/toilet from the pool deck to the house. 

The 6 bedroom wheelchair accessible villa is the place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine, especially after a busy day at the theme parks. Both pools can be heated (recommended during the cooler winter months) for an additional charge.

Adapted Features

All doors are accessible in the villa and wheelchair access is by ramps to the pool area from every door. These are the ramps leading into the living room, and the pool shower room/toilet from the pool deck to the house.

Disabled equipment if required such as commode/shower chair, portable hoist, pool hoist with interchangeable bed/chair, bed side guards.

We have a portable hoist that can be used in any of the downstairs rooms.

You will need to bring your own sling for the portable hoists.

The pool has an electric hoist with interchangeable chair or bed. 

The pool hoist can be used with the chair or with the bed attachment.

There is a commode/shower chair which can be used in any room or any of the wheel in showers.

One of the toilets has a grab rail to make it easier for those who need a little extra help.

For those who need a little extra security in bed there are two bed rails.

Security deposit - A £500 security deposit is required. This will be returned to you after you stay, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required.
