This beautiful stone cottage is perfect for the less mobile offering all ground floor facilities with a disabled friendly wet room with g rab rails and shower seat.

Very close to the onsite restaurant, shop and bar too.

The park offers an array of activities for all ages including childrens' play areas, tennis court, pool tables, amusements and with an array of water sports on the lake itself, what better place for a fun packed holiday. In the ideal spot on this friendly Park you will find easy wheelchair access into the open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area overlooking the tennis court.

Three comfortable bedrooms include a double with en-suite wet room and 2 twin bedrooms plus a family bathroom.

Bar and restaurant is open weekends from Easter to Whit then fully open every day until September.

During the summer season entertainment is laid on with children's discos, live entertainment, licensed bar and beer garden, during the summer school holidays a children's club is operated and there is a restaurant with take away service available Pooley Bridge Holiday Park has excellent facilities all year round plus extra facilities during summer months.

All year round there is an onsite shop, tennis court, table tennis, pool tables, amusements, 2 children's play areas, pony trekking and mountain bike hire.

For extra fun during the summer season there is entertainment with children's discos, live entertainment, a licensed bar and beer garden and during the summer school holidays the park runs a children's club and offers restaurant services too.

Don't forget all the water sports available on the lake: sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, boat hire and fishing and with boat launching available you could bring your own boat if you so wish. With so much to see and do on the park you will be spoilt for choice.

Extra fun can be had within short driving distances to amble round traditional lakeside villages with pubs, cafes and shops or why not visit the spectacular Aira Force waterfall and take scenic drives around this spectacular part of the country. The cottage offers the ideal place to enjoy fun packed days for all ages all year round.

Security deposit - A £100 security deposit is required. This will be returned to you after your stay, provided there are no damaged or additional cleaning required.
