The town of Bournemouth is a popular holiday location with 7 miles of golden sandy beaches and lots of exiting things to do. The resort offers an array of attractions, shops, restaurants, pubs and gardens.

The hotel has 5 accessible rooms which can feature either a double or two single beds PLUS NEW for 2023 – a family accessible room that sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children. All accessible bedrooms have wet rooms. The spacious rooms are equipped with all the modern lifestyle amenities you need for a holiday away. Including high speed wireless internet.

All accessible bedrooms also feature, profiling beds and removeable ceiling hoists. The beds are configured as either 1 super king size base with 2 individually controlled single mattresses or 2 single beds. (The new family room has 1 double bed and 2 single profiling beds with a ceiling hoist above.

Accessible rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors. There is a lift at the building entrance with a width of 86cm and depth of 148cm. There is also a lift inside the building that leads to all floors, the width of this lift is 86cm and the depth is 148cm.

The hotel also has a sensory room which is available to use if required. This has been specifically designed  to provide a sensory experience for guests of any age, with a wide variety of different needs. The room can be used for both relaxation and de-escalation.

Guests can also make use of the outdoor pool, there is an i-Swim hoist, shuffleboard and portable hoist available for guests to use during their stay. 

There are poolside accessible changing rooms and toilets as well as a pool side bar where you can order a selection of drinks and snacks.

Disabled parking is available to book with the hotel prior to arrival for blue badge holders.
A Beach Wheelchair is available for guests to use during their stay and this has both forest and beach wheels.
(A small refundable deposit is required).

Extra charges: A Business Improvement District levy to help the tourism industry has been introduced for eligible Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole Accommodation Providers and will come into force from 1^st July 2024, similar to a city tax that you may find abroad.

This means that guests will need to pay £2 per room (exc VAT), per night which will be collected at the hotel on arrival (a total of £2.40 per night). The levy will be charged for every room and cannot be waivered for any reason. All the money collected will go to the Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole Accommodation BID.
