Description
This fantastic pet friendly lodge is the ideal holiday home for a break away with the ability to bring your dog! The accommodation comes with its own hot tub and situated in the perfect location tucked away above the lake and water sports centre in southwest Cornwall.
This modern accommodation has been perfectly constructed for guests with disabilities in mind and can sleep up to eight people plus your dog.
Inside the accommodation you will be greeted with the open plan living room, with wide sliding doors which opens out onto the large decking area. The living area has a double height vaulted ceiling making the accommodation feel light and airy. The kitchen comes equipped with all the amenities you will need for your self-catering stay, this kitchen does not have the variable height work tops but you can look at property codes 99194 or 99192 if this was a must.
The first bedroom comes with a sizeable ensuite, and the beds can be set up as either a extra large double or a twin. In this room we can also add a electric profile bed and there is already an electric ceiling hoist which helps you move from the bedroom to the wet room.
The second bedroom adjoins this room and can also be made into a twin or a double bed, this bedroom is the ideal bedroom for carers if they are needed close by.
Bedroom three is located on the other side of the living room and can be a twin or a double, it is also located next to the separate wet room.
The property can accommodate two more people with the use of the sofa bed in the living room.
After a busy day or exploring or partaking in the activities you can come back and make the most out of the private hot tub.

Area information
This lodge is tucked away from the waterfront activity and is only a stones throw away from the centre and shoreline which can be access via the open-air lift.
The accommodation has a fenced garden making it secure for the younger children and dogs to wander round the property freely.
On site there is a café where you can enjoy a spot of lunch.
The Lake, formerly a serpentine quarry, offers a 10-acre expanse of idyllic, sheltered water on an enclosed site – big enough to provide challenging activities, but safe enough for independent exploration. Making it the perfect place for fuelling children’s imaginations.
On site there are six holiday cottages.
Watersports on site
The vision of the site is to create a facility where children and young people of all abilities can enjoy watersports. The professional instructors are there to ensure that the watersports are inclusive, specially equipped and accessible to all.
During your stay you will most likely spend most of your day taking part in paddlesports and other fun events. Six weeks before you are due to arrive the team on site will be in contact to offer you a 15% discount on the watersports and discuss a bespoke service to suit your needs.
All ages and abilities are welcome here, with specialist staff skilled in helping anyone enjoy all the facilities available at the lake.
