Description
A fantastic newly converted accessible bungalow located in Braunton has been designed with wheelchair users and mobility impaired guests in mind to enjoy a wonderful holiday in Devon. The bungalow is situated just a 3 minutes’ drive from Saunton beach.
The property sleeps 4 guests comfortably with an additional sofa bed sleeping an extra 2. The property is one of a few in the area which offers a ceiling track hoist from the master bedroom into the ensuite wet room.
The property consists of an open-plan, spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. Perfect for relaxing and entertaining! In the living room you will find a corner sofa (which can be used as a sofa bed) and an electric riser chair which are centered around a smart TV on an extendable bracket arm. The sliding doors from the living area open up onto a sun trap decking area which is wheelchair accessible and here you will find a accessible picnic table on the patio. The garden is fully enclosed, ideal for keeping your dog’s safe.
The property has two bedrooms, the first is the master bedroom with the ensuite wet room. The bedroom has designed to maximise floor space by having built into the walls. In the master bedroom there is an single profiling bed and a single fold away carers bed. In the second bedroom the twin bedrooms are both electrically adjustable too but not profiling.
Alongside the ensuite wet room there is a family bathroom with an accessible walk-in bath.
The modern kitchen compromises of a tuck-away oven, heigh adjustable sink, height adjustable hob, remote-controlled extractor fan and an easy-pour kettle. In addition, the breakfast bar has two easy access sockets, creating relaxed space for family cooking.
Outside there is a laundry shed completed with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board.
