Description
This stunning barn has been converted to cater for all needs, making it the perfect place for a break away with family or friends. The cottage is located on a working farm in the beautiful area of Wensum Valley.
There are a total of four properties which can be occupied independently or booked together to cater for larger groups of families. Each cottage is SEND friendly and this cottage is fully wheelchair accessible and has been accredited with M1, M2 and M3A under the National Accessibility Scheme.
The cottage has been meticulously designed to provide an accommodating space for couples, families, or friend to stay. The cottage has its own private garden and also has shared access to The Courtyard which has a shared space with a covered heated seating area.
The cottage has two bedrooms, and the main bedroom is wheelchair accessible with a wet room. The second bedroom has twin beds and a shower room. The tailored kitchen has been designed to meet the needs of wheelchair users with space under the sink and hob as well as a low oven.
The cottage also has underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi.
The cottage is well located to explore all what Norfolk has to offer, from it’s excellent Coast, to the stunning Broads as well as popular attractions such as BeWilderwood, Pensthorpe and ROARR! Dinosaur Adventure.
Security deposit - A £150 security deposit is required. This will be returned to you after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required.
