This beautiful villa is located in a residential street in one of Menorca’s most sought after resorts.

The scenic horseshoe-shaped bay and excellent variety of restaurants and bars Cala Galdana has to offer are just 1.3km from this delightful villa. A short stroll away you can enjoy amazing panoramic vistas where the stunning blue of the Mediterranean stretches out as far as the eye can see. The villa has been comfortably furnished with doorways on the ground floor widened for wheelchair access and there is a support rail attached to the downstairs WC for those less mobile.

Mobility statement

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is over 2m wide along with 2 steps to the villa itself but there is also ramp access if needed. The front door has a width of 81cm wide and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 90cm wide; there are 2 steps down to the pool area from the patio but they can be avoided via the front door and around the villa. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 81cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 81cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 81cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 81cm wide.
