Situated in a small rural village just two miles from the Lake District National Park and six miles from Ullswater. It benefits from easy access to the M6, peaceful country lanes for cycling and walking on the Lakeland Fells or Pennine Hills. There is a village pub serving food, 100 yards from the house and excellent amenities in Penrith, five miles. Disabled guests with mobility problems can take advantage of the ground floor bedroom, with disabled friendly wet room and level access for wheelchairs.

There is a refundable damage deposit of £300 payable two week prior to arrival.

All electric, bed linen and towels included. Initial supply of logs provided. Cot and highchair available. Wi-Fi internet access available. Patio with table and chairs for 16 guests, BBQ available on request and a large lawn with mature trees and flowerbeds. Parking for 8 cars.

There are 4 bedrooms with zip and link beds, please advise at time of booking if you would like them made up as doubles or twins for your arrival. Cot charge £10, High chair charge £5, Pet charge £20. Up to 4 dogs only (Must be advised at the time of booking).
