This peaceful single-storey retreat combines modern comfort with a calm rural setting, offering an ideal escape for guests seeking rest and relaxation away from everyday life.
Inside the accommodation
The open-plan living and dining area features a Smart TV and patio doors leading directly to the garden, providing plenty of natural light and easy outdoor access. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
The bedroom offers a super kingsize (6ft) bed and a Smart TV, with French doors opening onto the private garden. The shower room is designed with accessibility in mind and includes a walk-in shower, shower seat, heated towel rail and toilet.
Air source heat pump central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
The private garden is enclosed with garden furniture and sun loungers, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. There is private parking for two cars. No smoking.
Accessibility
There is a gently sloping ramp leading to the entrance, making it suitable for wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility. Internally, the layout is spacious and practical, including a large wet room, wide circulation spaces and a modern kitchen designed for ease of use.
The living area includes a dining table for two, with seating that can be adjusted to allow wheelchair access. Patio doors open onto the garden, which can be accessed via a single step from the barn or via an alternative level entrance at the rear, providing flexible access options.

Set on the south coast of Cornwall in the village of Constantine, the location offers easy access to the Helford River, surrounding countryside and the Lizard Peninsula. Nearby attractions include the beautiful Trebah Garden, woodland walks, riverside strolls and boat trips showcasing the area’s natural scenery. Constantine also features a local museum and arts centre, along with cafés and eateries serving Cornish specialities. A short drive away, the historic harbour town of Falmouth offers sandy beaches, coastal walks and a wide range of water-based activities. Highlights include the National Maritime Museum, boat trips along the Fal River, and ferry connections to St Mawes and Flushing.
