There are quite a few dining options available. Hadrian's Brasserie is the latest edition and has stunning views and a menu to match. Duke's Grill in the classic Edwardian drawing room captures the essence of Northumberland's harvest, from land, river and sea. Dishes are prepared at your table. There is also a cocktail bar and lounge area, the Whiskey Snug ideal for after dinner Cognac and Claret Jug serves snacks and meals all day for the golfers.
