Accessible Hotel in Reykholt

This is a 3* cultural theme hotel, based on Icelandic literature, Norse mythology and classical music. All guestrooms and restaurant/bar facilities are non-smoking. This hotel is an ideal base from which to explore a region rich in Icelandic history, many of the Sagas having been set in the area. The small rooms are simple but comfortable and in exceptional condition having been newly renovated. The bathrooms are in very good condition too. The restaurant is modern. This is a functional-looking building typical of the Icelandic countryside.
