Description
This beautiful holiday cottage is accessed by an entrance hall leading to a superbly equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area. As you would expect, there is WiFi broadband internet access, along with TV, DVD player and HiFi.
The entrance hall also leads to a double bedroom with zip & link beds, wall mounted TV, fitted wardrobe and en suite access to a fully equipped wet floor shower area. There is also access to the shower area from the entrance hall. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms, both with an en suite bathroom, TV, seating and a fitted wardrobe.
The property meets the highest M3 access grading so no steps on the ground floor with wide doors, hand rails and under worktop facilities are standard along with an optional hoist and other equipment to make everyone’s stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible with everybody able to join in the cooking, dining and socialising. Ample parking along with barbecue, picnic table with seating for up to six guests is provided in the courtyard area.

Area information
Gunnislake is a large village in east Cornwall, England and it is situated in the Tamar Valley approximately ten miles north of Plymouth. The area is mainly residential with a small handful of businesses ranging from pubs to garages and small shops and since 2001, the village has annually hosted its own festival, encompassing a variety of events throughout a week-long celebration.
