Description
This spacious well equipped holiday cottage benefits from a large kitchen and dining area and an open plan entrance to the spacious sun lounge. The kitchen as all the mod cons you would expect in a 4 star luxury holiday cottage. For your entertaiment the cottage as a flat screen Digital Freeview TV, DVD player and HiFi. In addition a broadband internet connection via a WiFi conection is also available.
Also on the Ground floor is a double bedroom with zip & link beds, wall mount flat screen TV, touch action bedside lighting and fitted wardrobe. There is also direct access to the ground floor shower room, lavatory and hand basin. Access can be en suite from the bedroom or from the entrance hall. Upstairs there are two further double bedrooms, both with zip & link beds, TV’s, seating and fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms.
The property meets the highest M3 access grading so there are no steps on the ground floor with wide doors. Support rails are located in at risk areas and the kitchen worktops have wheelchair access allowing everyone to take part in meal preparation. Outside there is plenty of parking and a dedicated patio area with barbecue, picnic table and garden chairs to seat up to six guests.

Area information
Gunnislake is a large village in east Cornwall, England and it is situated in the Tamar Valley approximately ten miles north of Plymouth. The area is mainly residential with a small handful of businesses ranging from pubs to garages and small shops. Since 2001, the village has annually hosted its own festival, encompassing a variety of events throughout a week-long celebration. The village is approximately 13 miles from Seaton Beach as the crow flies.
