Nestled in six acres of beautiful grounds in the Lancashire countryside, this stunning cottage has been purpose built to facilitate wheelchair users. The cottage is one of 12 located on the grounds and comes equipped with a private patio overlooking the stunning fishing lake. Why not relax under the stars in your own hot tub with a hoist for ease of access?

The living area is located on the ground floor and leads to the two bedrooms and to the stairs, which lead up to the remaining first floor bedrooms. Also on the ground floor you’ll find patio doors which lead to the back patio and the flush front door out onto the patio. The bedrooms consist of one ground floor twin, one ground floor twin/double and two first floor double rooms with luxurious pocket-sprung beds, and are equipped with en-suite bathrooms. The contemporary en-suites come equipped with a shower and/or bath. The first floor bedrooms are doubles only.

The ceiling track hoist takes you from the bedroom to the shower.

Security deposit - A £100 security deposit is required. This will be returned to you after your stay, provided there are no damaged or additional cleaning required.

Hydrotherapy pool
Bookings can be taken as little as 7 hours in advance and as far as 16 weeks in advance.

• 6 x 5 metre private hydrotherapy pool with electric H-track hoist, a chair hoist is also available

• The changing facilities include wet rooms with h-track hoist (up to 21.5 stone), reclining shower chair and/or a shower trolley (up to 32.5 stone)

• £45 per session for up to 4 people. An extra £8 per extra adult & £4 per child

Onsite bistro

Licensed Bistro offering wholesome home cooked food open to all who use our other on site facilities.

Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan options available, also ask a waiter for the liquidised options.

The Bistro is accessible with a ramp, double automatic doors on arrival, level access throughout and a Changing Place on the ground floor. A lift can also take you upstairs to a disabled toilet if. Ask a waiter if you would like the table to be higher for larger wheelchairs, or if you would like some cutlery with larger handles and plates with higher edges etc.
