Description

Nestled in the heart of a pristine stretch of the Waveney Valley, Bluebell Cottage is part of the owners' 18th-century farmhouse, situated on a working dairy farm. The River Waveney lies just 220 yards to the south, and the valley's north side rises gently behind the farm, offering stunning panoramic views stretching miles to the east and west. Located equidistantly between the historic market towns of Bungay and Harleston—both just 3 miles away—these towns feature a variety of pubs, restaurants, and independent shops. With attractions such as Norwich, the Suffolk coast (including Southwold and Aldeburgh), and the Broads all within easy reach, Bluebell Cottage makes a perfect base to explore Norfolk and Suffolk. The area is ideal for walkers, cyclists, and birdwatchers, with many accessible footpaths and bridleways, including the renowned Angles Way. Golf and fishing are also available within a 10-minute drive. The nearest shop is 3 miles away, and a pub and restaurant are just 1 mile from the cottage.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Use of owners washing machine. Lawned garden with enclosed patio and garden furniture. 1 large or 2 small dogs welcome. Private parking for 1 car.
