Description

Located just 4 miles from beautiful, dune-backed beaches and 7 miles from the popular seaside resort of Prestatyn, this stunning detached holiday home is perfect for families wanting to explore both the Welsh and English borders. Situated in a rural spot within the village of Lloc, Pheasant Fields is set on a spacious plot with views over open countryside, offering comfortable and spacious accommodation. The property blends traditional features such as exposed brickwork, stone, beams, and a fireplace, with modern comforts like a high-spec kitchen and bathrooms, a cosy wood-burning stove, Wi-Fi, smart TVs in every bedroom, and a built-in music system that can be enjoyed throughout the house and even outside while relaxing in the hot tub.

Pheasant Fields is just 3 miles from the Flintshire market town of Holywell, also known as the ‘Lourdes of Wales’ due to St Winefrid’s Well, a popular pilgrimage site since Roman times. The well is located within Greenfield Valley Heritage Park, which also houses the ruins of Basingwerk Abbey, historic mill buildings, recreated cottages, farmhouses, and a Victorian school. Children will enjoy the farm museum, and there are numerous woodland walks with picnic areas and small lakes teeming with local birdlife. Nearby activities include horse riding, fishing, and golf. Pheasant Fields is also conveniently located for exploring many attractions within a short drive, with a beautiful woodland walk right next to the property.
