This wheel-chair friendly cottage is a single-storey property with a ramp at the side to access the garden which has breath-taking panoramic views.

The warm and welcoming accommodation consists of a hallway, kitchen, twin bedroom, double bedroom, wet-room and living/dining room with patio doors leading to enclosed decking and steps down to the garden.

Unwind on the decking where you can soak in the glorious Otter Valley. There is a carp lake on-site where guests only are free to fish should they wish to.

The farm also has horses and sheep grazing in the meadows, friendly dogs and cats as well as an abundance of wildlife – watch out for deer and the large variety of birds. Locally, there are numerous scenic footpaths to explore, and in walking distance the nearby villages of Rawridge and Uppottery.

The grounds and local footpaths allow visitors to experience the delights of the area’s wildlife, whilst the cathedral city of Exeter, the Devon and Dorset Heritage Coast and the wilds of Exmoor National Park are all less than an hour away. With a good selection of activities including their own fishing lake and golf within 7 miles, these perfect holiday homes are ideally placed for taking full advantage of this beautiful part of Devon. Beach 17 miles. Shop 6 miles, pub, and restaurant 2 miles.
