The ground floor of this property features an open-plan living space, including a living area with a Freeview TV, DVD player, and electric woodburner, as well as a dining area with French doors leading to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. The bedroom includes zip-and-link 3ft single beds and a 32" Freeview TV. The ensuite wet room offers a shower and toilet. Oil central heating is included, and the use of the owners' freezer is available upon request.
