These delightful single storey cottages nestle in a quiet setting approximately 1/2 mile from the bustling centre of the popular market town of Pickering. Each unit has been lovingly furnished and decorated, offering every home from home comfort with light rooms overlooking the patio, garden and open countryside beyond. From the cottages, excellent footpath walks abound in the area, bypassing the pretty mill stream and waterfall en-route to town and the local swimming pool is also just a few yards from the lodges.

Property has gas central heating and comprises:
Lounge/Diner: With 30" TV, DVD and radio/CD.
Kitchen: With low level electric oven and ceramic hob, sink access for wheelchairs, microwave, fridge with ice box and washing machine.
Bedroom: With bed that can either be a super kingsize or twin beds.
Wet room: With shower, shower seat, grab rails, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and shaver point.

All fuel, power and bed linen included. Cot and high chair available by arrangement. Paved patio and communal lawned gardens with garden furniture. Secure storage for bicycles. Off road parking spaces for 2 cars. This is a wheelchair friendly property.
