The property has been thoughtfully renovated to a high standard, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, stunning bathrooms, and a spacious living room with a double-height beamed ceiling and a minstrel balcony. Set alongside the owners' home, it shares their expansive 4-acre grounds.

This charming property is set across two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with Freeview TV, a dining room with a double sofa bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements), and a well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer dryer (with 2 steps leading to the kitchen). The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a double (4ft 6in) bed and a bathroom with a bath and shower over, plus a toilet. Upstairs, the first floor features a second bedroom with a double (4ft 6in) bed and an ensuite with a cubicle shower and toilet. The property offers gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi included. Additional amenities include a travel cot, shared 4-acre garden with garden furniture, and free fishing on the River Wear. Private parking is available, and the property is non-smoking. Please note, there is a beck in the garden.
