Description

This accessible ground-floor apartment forms half of a delightful holiday cottage on a working farm with an onsite pony trekking and equestrian centre.

The farm overlooks the beautiful Mawddach Estuary and is close to a coastal trail/cycle path, just off the road to Fairbourne. There is direct access from the farm leading down to the golden sands of Fairbourne beach and across the Victorian bridge to Barmouth.

The cottage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy family walks in the idyllic scenery in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Snowdonia National Park. The pony trekking and equestrian centre is run by the owners and is on the north side of the farm, with a manège (arena) for lessons, saddle clubs and holiday stabling. Riders and complete beginners are catered for. Shop, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.

NB: The cottage comprises a ground-floor accessible apartment and a separate first-floor apartment above. A barn conversion holiday home is also nearby, at the foot of the farm.
