This charming property boasts stunning views of the beautiful Mawddach Estuary, located just off the coastal road to Fairbourne. It is ideally situated near the picturesque Mawddach Estuary footpath and the coastal trail/cycle path. The farm offers direct access to the golden sands of Fairbourne Beach, or a short walk across the Victorian bridge leads to Barmouth.
NB: The cottage comprises a ground-floor accessible apartment and a separate first-floor apartment above. A barn conversion holiday home is also nearby, at the foot of the farm.

All on the ground floor, this property includes a living room with Freeview TV and Netflix, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.
