Situated in the beautiful village of St Keverne on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall, this adapted three-bedroom bungalow comfortably sleeps up to four guests. Designed with accessibility in mind, the property features a dedicated accessible bedroom with a ceiling track hoist, electric profiling bed and en-suite wet room, making it suitable for guests with limited or no mobility.

The bungalow benefits from wheelchair access, ramped pathways, off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden.

The property features a bright, open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with comfortable seating, a television, Wi-Fi and dining space for four guests.

There are three bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Accessible bedroom with a large electric profiling bed, safety sides, ceiling track hoist and en-suite wet room with height-adjustable shower, portable shower commode chair and grab rails.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
• Bedroom 3: Single bed with additional storage.

There is also a family bathroom featuring a bath with height-adjustable shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.

The bungalow offers a range of accessibility facilities, including:

Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed garden with a wheelchair-accessible paved patio, outdoor table and chairs, and a raised lawned area with surrounding trees.

There is a brick driveway with off-road parking for two cars. Please note that the driveway and ramped pathway have a slight slope.

The bungalow is ideally located for exploring the beautiful Lizard Peninsula, with Porthoustock Beach approximately one mile away and Porthallow Beach and the picturesque fishing village of Coverack around two miles away. The town of Helston is approximately 12 miles away.

St Keverne village centre is within walking distance and offers local shops, a Post Office, two pubs and a church. A medical centre is also situated on the edge of the village, with the nearest hospital located in Helston.
