Located on the Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and just 18 miles from Sidmouth and the renowned World Heritage Jurassic Coast, these semi-detached bungalows are beautifully presented and feature large lawned gardens, making them ideal family holiday homes. They can be booked individually or together to accommodate up to 10 guests, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The owners can provide a wheelchair, ramp, and a 3-wheel walker upon request. The property is also conveniently close to the Quantock Hills, Exmoor, Taunton, and Honiton. Oil central heating is available (£40 per week from October to April, POA), with electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi included. A travel cot and highchair are available upon request. The enclosed garden features a patio, sitting area, and garden furniture, while there is also an electric car charging point (by prior arrangement) and private parking for 3 cars. The property is wheelchair accessible, and smoking is not permitted.

The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is also a conservatory for additional space. For entertainment, a games room features a dartboard, pool table, and table tennis. The property offers three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double (4ft 6in) bed and an en suite with a cubicle shower, toilet, and shower seat; Bedroom 2 also has a double (4ft 6in) bed; and Bedroom 3 contains two single (3ft) beds. The bathroom includes a bath with a shower over, toilet, and grab rail for added accessibility.

For family fun, consider a day out at the Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm Museum, a trip to the West Somerset Steam Fair for a glimpse into the past, or Crealy Adventure Park near Exeter, which offers thrilling rides and vibrant attractions for younger visitors. Exeter itself offers a blend of history and shopping, with its stunning cathedral—a medieval architectural masterpiece—and the lively Princesshay shopping district filled with shops and dining options. The Blackdown Hills provide excellent country walks, wildlife spotting, and flying opportunities for the adventurous at Dunkeswell, or you can simply relax at one of the many local village pubs. Further afield, explore the Jurassic Coast, Dorset, Lyme Regis, Cheddar Gorge and Caves, or even Bath, known for its array of restaurants, shops, and museums.
