This apartment complex is located on the edge of Montseny Nature Reserve in Sant Esteve de Palautordera. Public transport links can be found a 15-minute walk away in St. Esteve. El Prat De Llobregat Airport (Barcelona) is some 54 km away, and the Girona-Costa Brava Airport is some 35 km away.

The centre has been constructed with wood originally from the Arctic Circle and uses renewable energy sources. It offers 8 apartments in total, one of which is accessible to wheelchair users. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby, cloakroom, conference facilities, Internet access, a laundry service (subject to fees) and bicycle hire service. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car in the form of a car park and parking garage.

The fully equipped apartments come with bathroom, integrated kitchen (with refrigerator and microwave) double bed, centrally regulated air-conditioning, central heating, satellite TV, Internet access and a terrace.

The complex offers various courses of therapies and treatments in the Montseny Natural Park, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. There is a well-equipped health centre that offers a shower, a sauna, pedicure treatments, reflexology and shiatsu. Courses are also offered in yoga, pilates and group therapy. Sessions are held Monday through Friday and are subject to availability. Guests are required to apply for a place in the course they wish when making the reservation.
