This apartment complex is located on the edge of Montseny Nature Reserve in Sant Esteve de Palautordera. Public transport links can be found a 15-minute walk away in St. Esteve. El Prat De Llobregat Airport (Barcelona) is some 54 km away, and the Girona-Costa Brava Airport is some 35 km away.

The centre has been constructed with wood originally from the Arctic Circle and uses renewable energy sources. It offers 8 apartments in total, one of which is accessible to wheelchair users. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby, cloakroom, conference facilities, Internet access, a laundry service (subject to fees) and bicycle hire service. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car in the form of a car park and parking garage.

The fully equipped apartments come with bathroom, integrated kitchen (with refrigerator and microwave) double bed, centrally regulated air-conditioning, central heating, satellite TV, Internet access and a terrace.

The complex offers various courses of therapies and treatments in the Montseny Natural Park, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Sessions are held Monday through Friday and are subject to availability. Guests are required to apply for a place in the course they wish when making the reservation.
