Facilities on offer include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a luggage storeroom, a currency exchange, lift access, a café, a bar and a restaurant. Guests may also make use of the hotel's conference facilities at the business centre or, for a small additional fee, its excellent room (24 hours), laundry and valet services. The hotel is located in the heart of Orchard Road, Singapore's premier shopping, entertainment and business district. It is within 5-10 minutes walk from shopping malls like Mandarin Shopping Arcade, Paragon, Takashimaya, Heren Shops, and Centrepoint, as well as some of the city's hottest nightspots, like Peranakan Place and Emerald Hill, which house several bars and restaurants. Within a 5-10 minute drive, guests will find the Singapore Art Museum, Singapore National Museum, Suntec City, The Esplanades Theatres on the Bay and Merlion Park.
