The farmhouse benefits from being all on ground floor level with much thought and care taken to ensure all guests are well catered for. Those with mobility difficulties will find accessibility around the cottage with ease. The property has two bedrooms and two contemporary wet rooms so will comfortably accommodate four guests or those couples seeking something special. The gable end in the lounge area is largely glazed to take advantage of the stunning views and leads to a lovely decked area – perfect for a spot of alfresco dining whilst absorbing the tranquil ambience.

Ground Floor: The property is all on ground floor level with under floor central heating and comprises:
Lounge Area: With TV and DVD, wood burning stove and folding bed
Kitchen Area: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer
Bedroom 1: With large double bed , which can be split into two single beds if preferred
Wet Room: With shower, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 2: With two single beds which can be linked to make one large double if preferred with en suite wet room with shower, WC and two hand basins

All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Wi-fi internet access. Patio door leads onto enclosed decked area with furniture and BBQ. Off road parking 2 cars. Dogs Allowed (2Max) and must be advised at the time of booking. There is a private water supply to this property.

There is a refundable damage deposit of £100, payable two weeks prior to arrival
