Overlooking DomPedro Old Golf Course you will find this 4 bedroom all suite villa. The villa has been designed with an authentic Portuguese style creating a calm atmosphere with all the things you will need for a pleasant family holiday.

About the villa

The bedrooms and bathrooms are arranged as follows:

• Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 single beds with private bathroom
• Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 single beds with private bathroom adapted for wheelchairs
• Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 single beds with private bathroom with bathtub
• 1st Floor - Bedroom with double bed with private bathroom with bathtub
• All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The house has a very spacious kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and other indispensable accessories.

The living room is also very large and with easy access to the outdoor dining area, with Wi-Fi, TV with Portuguese and English spoken channels.

Outside

The garden overlooks the "Old Course" golf in Vilamoura, with plenty of privacy and close to the resort amenities, this villa is suitable for families and groups of friends who seek to relax under the Sun.

The exterior has an oval pool about 8 meters long by 4 wide and depths between 0.8 and 2 meters deep and. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be declined.

There is an outdoor dining area shaded by a porch that becomes quite cool in summer. This area is served by a portable BBQ.
