A modern villa situated in a rural area of Doukades, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday and forget about the stress of everyday life.

The villa boasts a contemporary design throughout. Equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay there is no reason to leave this beautiful villa.

For those who want to get out and explore the surrounding area, guests can find three Taverna's closely to the villa as well as a supermarket. The traditional village of Doukades consists of a beautiful square and Venetian stone houses filled with history. The nearest beach can be found 15 minutes away by car in Paleokastritsa, a picturesque location with fantastic restaurants and bars. In addition to this Corfu Town can be reached in just over 30 minutes by car.

The owner of the Villa intends to spend most of the season in Corfu and is happy to help organise trips, pick ups to local restaurants, anything is possible.

Inside the Villa

Located on the ground floor guests will find the living area, dining area, kitchen, 1st bedroom and wet room. Guests can access outside and the pool area from the ground floor via the low threshold doors. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the facilities you will need including a oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, fridge/ freezer and much more. The wet room has a portable shower chair and grab rails in the roll in shower, by the sink and by the toilet. The sink has been fitted with lever taps.
