Close to the traditional little village of Alqueria Blanca near Cala D’or, this grand, luxurious countryside villa is full of natural light, with a fabulous main house and two annex buildings.

This stylish villa mixes modern design with traditional features. The main house is full of wonderful spaces with luxury in every room. There is a fabulous double-height lounge and hall which gives great views on three sides of surrounding fields and trees.

One of the separate annex buildings has been designed to be fully wheelchair-accessible – with wide doors, a ramp into the house, a twin bedroom with an adapted shower-bathroom, and a private terrace. It has its own entrance and is also connected to the main house.

The beautiful gardens are just as glamorous as the villa. There is a large and well-kept lawned garden and some Mediterranean plants – a great place to relax and enjoy the peace of the country.

Mobility statement

The villa has 6 steps to access, but it also has ramp access and there is a path which is 75cm wide. The front door is 74cm wide and the other doors to access the villa are the lounge which are 110cm wide and the kitchen which are 110cm wide. Any paths from villa to the pool are 200cm wide and the ground is a bit uneven with 5 steps to get to the pool area, but there is a path all the way around the villa to the pool to avoid the steps. The pool also has Roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor has a width of 76cm and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor is 78cm wide. The door into the kitchen has a width of 150cm, and the door into the lounge area has a width of 106cm. This luxury villa is located in a very pretty peaceful part of the countryside with wonderful views all around of fields and trees. Shops and cafés are close by in the traditional little village of Alqueria Blanca, which is about 4 km/5-minute drive away and 10 minutes to the small village of Cas Concos, with a few local shops and restaurants. The well-know tourist resort Cala D’Or with many restaurants, shops and several sandy coves and a pretty marina, is 12 km away.
