This cottage has been renovated to a high standard in 2022 and is perfect for that larger family get together to celebrate something special! The space this property has to offer is immense, with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, and a wonderfully sized kitchen, dining and living area – perfect for a social event.
The flow of the property is fabulous; the living area leads to the decked area with private hot tub and BBQ area surround by a glass balustrade. This area is lit up at night, all wheelchair friendly on the ground floor with flush exits onto the decked area from the living area and bedrooms.
Should you fancy cooking up a storm in the luxury kitchen, it has everything you could need and more - the American style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser is a great addition for serving those cocktails!
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor– one of the bedrooms has a walk-in wet room with grab rails and wheelchair access to the full decked area, and there are superb views from all bedrooms over the rolling countryside, great for those interested in watching the local wildlife and watching the livestock – in springtime the fields are full of lambs. The two bedrooms to the first floor both have spacious en-suites, and all have luxury bed linen with 800-thread count. After a busy day exploring, guests can retire to the decked area and enjoy a glass of wine and soak up the ambience of this wonderful location, perhaps while enjoying some al fresco dining or simply gazing up at the night sky.
