Description

A brand new modern 1 bedroom annexe in Cambridge. The annexe has been stylishly designed and is wheelchair accessible with a step free access, wet room and accessible work tops in the kitchen.

The property is accessed by a lane at the back of the main house and there is a allocated parking space at the front of the main house.

There is under floor heating throughout the property.

The bedroom consists of a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The property can sleep either 3 adults or 2 adults 2 children.

There is a rear and front courtyard with table and chairs.
