This holiday cottages offer self-catering accommodation in the beautiful Welsh countryside, set in large private gardens for you to enjoy, whatever the season. This holiday cottage in Wales is available for long let, large groups and has been designed to suit a range of needs, including people with disabilities or older people.
This cottage is surrounded by acres of beautiful gardens and fantastic views of the Towy Valley and Black Mountains. The five star Welsh Tourist Board graded property has a long sloping tree-lined driveway and backs onto a copse of ash, oak, larch, beech, silver birch and rowan trees beneath which grow an assortment of wild flowers. A great place for a picnic. Beyond this haven for birds is a spacious field complete with children’s swings, trampoline, activity trail, slides, balancing beams and tumble bars.
Accommodation Description
This property has a light open plan living dining kitchen area and can seat 8, Blocks are provided to raise the table to enable everyone to eat together. Sleeping up to 8 people in the property. There are two bathrooms one of which is an accessible wetroom with grab rails, higher toilet, low sink with no pedestal and a wheeled shower chair that is provided with or without wheels.

The bedrooms comprise of;1 double, 1 king. 1 single which has an electric profiling bed which elevates and has integral side rails and own TV, and a bedroom that sleeps 3 comprising of a single and bunk beds.
Additional Information
The property also has a utility room to the rear of the property which has the washing machine, dryer and additional sink. There is also a large playroom within the accommodation which has, a football table, TV, soft ball dart board, board games, soft toys and tactile and special needs toys.
Accessibility
- For Carers bringing a second wheelchair user on holiday the playroom can be adapted into an additional bedroom by hiring a second electric profiling bed. (extra charge)
- A portable electric invacare birdie hoist is also available for you to hire. (extra Charge)
The field is accessed by the rear of the property and also has a hard standing seated area for those who want to watch or rest after there games of football, badminton, cricket, rugby or netball all provided in the games box.
