This comfortable barn conversion is approached by a private drive and is surrounded by secluded gardens. Furnished and equipped to a high standard with oak floors, exposed stonework and wooden beams the property is light and spacious. The clean and bright kitchen contains an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and many useful extras for entertaining. Dine and relax in the lounge/diner, with its feature woodburner and recessed stone fireplace. The king-size bedroom boasts beautiful high ceilings and has wooden furniture, providing plenty of storage. The adjacent shower room is a wet room with WC and underfloor heating.
Step outside and enjoy a more al fresco meal in the enclosed, private and sheltered south facing garden.
Please note doors leading out from dinning table area go down onto stones which are not accesible, and access outside is not level.

Located in a peaceful area and surrounded by beautiful scenery, the property sits just one mile from Wedmore. Here you will find plenty of choice for dining plus a good variety of small shops, not only stocking essentials but also high end clothing and gifts. Cheddar, with its spectacular gorge, is only three miles away. The hills offer walks with breath-taking scenery but for those preferring more gentle activity the bird reserves to the south provide easier accessibility. Nearby Wells, is home to a glorious cathedral, the beautiful Bishops’ Palace gardens and a weekly market. The retail outlet of Clark’s Village in Street has proved very popular with some guests and further afield historic Bristol and Bath have many unique attractions.
