One of three properties set within an acre of peaceful countryside around a central courtyard. Offering far-reaching views over neighbouring farmland. The South Cornish coast has a host of sandy beaches with the South West Coast Path offering stunning cliff walks and other footpaths to enjoy. Coarse and sea fishing, golf, horse riding, kayaking and diving are all available locally.
The property is all on one level, featuring an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner area. The lounge area lets you cosy up in front of the wood burner effect electric fire and watch your favourites on the Smart TV with Netflix and DVD/Blu-Ray (available on request). This area also includes a dining table and chairs to enjoy meals and a game of cards. The adjoining kitchen space is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge with small 3* freezer compartment. The property provides a bright double and twin room and a wet room with shower and WC. Unlimited superfast broadband is available over wifi throughout the property and grounds.
Outside the property you can enjoy the stunning countryside backdrop in the large picnic and BBQ area. There is ample parking in the courtyard and lots of circular walks from the cottages offering spectacular views over the region.
