Mobility devices of any kind, like any other items, may not be left outside the stateroom. Because of staffing limitations, we recommend you be accompanied by someone who is physically able to assist you both onboard and on shore.
Please note Not all port facilities are accessible for those using mobility devices. Ports may be accessed by a variety of methods including a ramped gangway, series of steps or by tender. Excursions
Most Princess vessels have special gangway mechanisms to make embarkation and disembarkation easier for wheelchair passengers. As onshore levels of access vary, Princess is working with local service providers to improve accessibility. Please call us for details of accessible excursions on your preferred cruise destinations.
Are you fit and well? - For your own sake, and for the comfort of other passengers, you must be fit and healthy to travel with Princess cruise line. Naturally there is a well equipped Medical Centre on every Princess Cruises ship, but the medical facilities aren't designed for extensive or continuing treatment of pre-existing conditions.
