Description
With wonderful sea views being just a few yards from the excellent beach at Bacton, this well-appointed, detached bungalow provides a warm welcome at any time of year. Offering spacious, comfortable holiday accommodation and private enclosed garden backing onto the sea wall with steps leading down to the beach.
Located on the north coast, east of Mundesley, with Norwich, Cromer, Sheringham and the Norfolk Broads all within easy reach, offering an excellent holiday base. For visitors with children, Bacton offers a well equipped children’s play area to keep them entertained. Good fishing, bird watching, sailing and several golf courses available nearby. Cromer and Sheringham, both with Blue Flag award sandy beaches and a wide range of activities for all age groups. Also home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, passing through countryside designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, visiting nearby coastline villages. Livelier seaside resort of Great Yarmouth for fun fair, Sea Life Centre, indoor leisure complex with aqua pool, model village, butterfly farm, amusement arcades and shopping centre, 25 miles. Norfolk Broads offer daily boat hire and river trips to explore the expanse of waterways, a natural haven for wildlife, plenty of picnic opportunities by the riverside and many riverside inns and cafes. The surrounding area has many places of historical interest, ruins, NT houses and parks well worth a visit. Local market town of North Walsham, 5 miles for regular market days, shops and pubs. Fine city of Norwich, 18 miles for cathedral, castle museum, theatre, cafes, restaurants and excellent shopping. Shop and pub 400 yards.

Happisburgh is a historic village on the north-east coast of Norfolk. Pronounced "Haze-bruh", and spelt 'Hapesburg' in the Domesday Book, the name means 'Haep's Town'. Despite much publicity about Happisburgh and coastal erosion, the village has an exciting long term future.
